Hey, I’m Berkant. I’m 20, studying Networks & Telecom (Cybersecurity track) at Luminy and I’ve been coding since I was 15. Back then it was mostly Discord bots that kept crashing; now it’s full services running on my own home server.

What hooked me on computer science is the feeling that everything can be taken apart. A network, a program, a protocol, you just have to look at what’s underneath. I’ve broken plenty of things in my time (mostly Linux installs), and that’s exactly how I learned. I read technical docs in the evening for fun, self-host my own services rather than trusting third parties with my data, and have a Linux Server running 24/7 on my desk.

I’ve earned my CCNA 1, CCNA 2, and CSNA certifications, and during my internship at AMU (Marseille) I had the chance to deploy decentralized infrastructure for European digital sovereignty. Cybersecurity is my go-to field. I enjoy both the Red Team side (finding vulnerabilities) and the Blue Team side (actually fixing them).

Right now, I’m actively looking for a 1-year work-study contract (alternance) starting September 1, 2026. If you’re looking for someone who shows up with their own questions and genuinely wants to learn on the job , I think we have things to talk about!
